I've been both a CPA and a business owner.  I owned a landscaping business serving top tier clients for 10 years.  Having both owned my own landscaping business and being a partner at the CPA firm O’Donnell, Ficenec, Wills & Ferdig, LLP, puts me in a unique position to understand the challenges my clients that are business owners and C Suite executives encounter.  I understand the struggles of starting your business, the difficulties posed at each stage of growth, cash flow issues, and how you can get stuck at a certain level. Having owned a company that successfully served high net worth clients I'm well positioned to understand the needs of a high net worth client including the need for privacy. 

I'm born and raised in Omaha.  As anyone raised in Omaha will tell you, most people here ask, "Where did you go to school?"  Though never spoken the question asks where you went to high school.  The answer is Mt. Michael.  Go Knights!    I graduated from the University of Nebraska - Omaha with my degree in accounting.  My accounting background is in both financial and performance auditing for clients in the corporate and government arenas in addition to tax compliance and planning.  I also went back to UNO and took most of the freshman and sophomore horticulture classes.

Giving back to my local community is a core value of mine.  I'm presently on one board and participating with other nonprofits as a volunteer as time allows. 

My passion is helping make the financial lives of my clients significantly better by knowing as much as possible about their goals and aspirations.  It's so rewarding to help my clients achieve their dreams!
